Baked feta and cherry tomatoes in olive oil


Ingredients

1 package cherry tomatoes, halved

1 block feta cheese, cut into large pieces

3 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 sprig fresh rosemary

Fresh basil for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In an ovenproof dish, arrange the cherry tomatoes, feta chunks, and crushed garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Add a sprig of rosemary and gently toss everything together.


Bake until the cheese begins to brown slightly and the tomatoes are soft and caramelized, about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve directly from the dish with naan bread or a baguette.
